Cre8asiteForums has added something new!
The Virtual Learning and Web Training forums have been launched. It's moderated by "Adrian" and "bragadocchio". "My interest in this topic started to develop a couple of months ago when a visitor asked in the usabilty forum if we knew of any materials that described usability issues when it came to collabortive learning. In essence, a forum is a means of collaborative learning," Bill ("bragadocchio") wrote behind the scenes at Cre8asiteForums during discussions on how to implement the new forums.
Says Jean Manco, our DMOZ moderator who inspired the idea, "I hope the forum will be a bridge between educators and Web gurus, and a place to discuss the latest trends in learning online.
Learning has two faces: discovery and transmission. Researchers push back the boundaries of knowledge. Then teachers spread that knowledge. Now the Web is opening up opportunities on both fronts. The forum can bring news of online databases for researchers to plunder, software with a teaching application, or virtual learning initiatives. It can help to hook people up into online educational networks.
Cre8asite has a community experienced in many aspects of the Web. So it seems an ideal home for an eLearning forum."

Back from the Labor Day holiday and decided to start off with something really dumb...
Dumb, Doomed, Delightful Documentation
THANK YOU PANDIA! I was thrilled to find a link to my long-time website, Cre8pc.com, on Pandia's website. What an honor. This made my day.
Chris Ridings has much to say about a company that claims to turn in SEO spam sites
"A site who's reason for being appears to be to dob people in who use methods that they don't approve of. Proudly emblazoned with the slogan "Our Mission: Eliminate SPAM from the search engines", they conveniently forget that it should be the search engine's mission and not theirs."
The website called Usability and Beyond is no more. For excellent resources I recommend visiting >>>Usability First
We're colorfully graphic today in Cre8asiteForums...
Color your webworld >>> How do you choose website colors? - "It's also a great belief of mine that people are much more affected by the color scheme of a site than people think. If you develop a web site with generic and overly used colors, my guess is that you're going to be remembered less than someone choosing more unique and pleasant colors."
and
Good tutorial sites for photoshop beginners
Have you seen the new design for meta search engine Dogpile yet?
