Warmest Greetings,
Say It Isn't So! Cre8asiteforums Is Calling It Quits.
:: Thursday, March 31, 2005 ::
One of the best held secrets all week has been the news that Cre8asiteForums, a popular Search Engine Marketing and Usability Forums less than three years old, is on the chopping block.
Owner and founder, Kim Krause Berg, (okay, that's me), saw the writing on the wall when Danny Sullivan launched his own forums, Search Engine Watch Forums. "Search Engines just aren't THAT interesting, so we decided to let Danny have at it."
In an announcement Administrator, Bill Slawski, writes,
"There are some changes going on around the forums in an effort to make it a more attractive takeover target for some Venture capitalists and suitors from some of the larger online publishers."
In an effort to look "hip and sexy", the forums is making some changes. We hope you like what we've done with the place.
