Warmest Greetings,
:: Monday, March 24, 2003 ::
Lately I've been reading about how to relax more, how to put family before work/job (and why employers punish workers for doing so), and ways to organize my time better (I'm already pretty disciplined and organized) so that there's time for me.
Only thing is, to make these changes means sacrificing something else, or in some cases (like going home at 5pm instead of 7pm because everyone else is also afraid to leave), you risk the wrath of co-workers and managers. I work from home, and am my own worst boss. The stress of running a consulting business, large forum (Cre8asiteForums), a family, household, and managing my own Self has become surprisingly hazardous to my health. I'm so tense I busted a tooth in my sleep from clenching my teeth so hard!
And now, for more exciting, real news of some small pathetic interest...
Kalena Jordan has fun with title tag, um, title attributes...in her 24 March 2003 Blog entry. Read about and learn.
Chris Ridings is BETA testing a new tool for bloggers. Click on >>> Blogger (Internet) Explorer Bar
April Fools Day is around the corner. Time to do something totally ridiculous to my website. As if that's anything unusual... What will you do with yours that's silly and clickable? If you know in advance, tell me about it and maybe I'll give it a plug, eh?
Finally, there's some great feedback for a user who posted Optimized to Death?. I loved the subject title. You may love the advice she got.
